Disha 26 AIM HIGH is a focused three-day goal-setting program crafted to empower incoming District Governors (DGs), District Governors Elect (DGEs), District Governors Nominee (DGNs), District Governors Nominee Designate (DGNDs), and their district leadership teams. Happy to share that Day 3 of the session began with video highlights from the past two days, bringing back some wonderful moments. The day was beautifully concluded with a powerful summing-up session, reaffirming the goals set, along with a remarkable presentations by respective field stalwarts. Kudos to the organizing committee members and volunteer teams for their dedicated efforts in making the event a grand success. Day 2 commenced on an inspiring note with enriching plenary sessions, followed by result-oriented breakout sessions led by experienced leaders. The discussions encouraged idea-sharing & enabling delegates to gain clarity & work towards meaningful outcomes.Congrats to PDG Pathy & PDG Chandrabob for organizing the session. A key highlight of the day was the well-structured goal-setting session, where DGEs and their teams defined their vision, set clear targets, and mapped strategies for success.

DISHA26 AIM HIGH reached greater heights with the electrifying presence of a renowned author of "U can Win", "Winners don't do different things,they do things differently" & a motivational speaker Shri Shiv Khera , whose keynote address infused the gathering with energy, & inspiration, leaving a lasting impact on every delegate present.

DISHA26 stood as a three-day Goal Setting Seminar where vision evolved into action by the DGEs & their district teams. Happy to share that DISHA26 was further enriched with the presence of senior Rotary leaders, exceptional motivational speakers, insightful breakout sessions, and purposeful goal setting. Congrats to Chair PDG Gopalakrishnan, Sec PDG Akhil Mishra, and the entire DISHA 26 organizing team for curating such a remarkable experience for the delegates.
