Sankalp – a commitment to excellence, is the flagship DLA of D 3234.This premier event serves as the platform for all incoming club officers, setting the stage for a successful Rotary year. DLA is important to understand goals, cultivate a shared vision &enthusiasm for the upcoming RY.
