Glad to attend the First PELS after becoming the Vice President-Elect. RI has designed the PELS program to help Presidents-Elect realize that leadership is a rare & meaningful opportunity to guide their teams with passion and purpose.  I always believe that it is a 365-day responsibility, a focused and time-bound journey. With the right mindset & teamwork, we can make our organization Bigger, Better, & Bolder.
